Acknowledgment: Up to $10.00 per act
Virginia notaries may charge up to $10 for acknowledgments, oaths, certifying affidavits/depositions, or copy certifications, and up to $25 for the same acts on electronic documents. Charging more is unlawful, but actual and reasonable travel expenses may be recovered with the person's agreement.
