MobileNotaryFees.com provides free pricing calculators and a convenience reference for published notarial fee rules. It is not legal advice and not a substitute for the requirements of your commissioning authority. Laws, regulations and fee limits change. You are responsible for the fees you charge and for compliance with the rules that apply to your commission.

Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. Profit and hourly figures are operational estimates, not tax or accounting advice. State references quote official sources and show the source and verification date for each state; entries that could not be verified are labelled as such and carry no fee amounts. No representation is made that any entry is current or complete.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business or regulatory penalties, arising from use of the website or reliance on any figure it displays.

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of the Mobile Notary Fee Calculator iPhone app. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Mobile Notary Fee Calculator is a pricing calculator and a convenience reference for published notarial fee rules. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for the requirements of your commissioning authority. Laws, regulations and fee limits change. You are responsible for the fees you charge and for compliance with the rules that apply to your commission.

The bundled fee reference quotes published state statutes, administrative codes and official notary handbooks, and shows the source and verification date for each state. Entries that could not be verified against an official source are labelled as such and carry no fee amounts. No representation is made that any entry is current or complete.

3. Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Subscriptions

• Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or annually.
• New subscribers receive a one week free trial. Unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown. The trial is available once per Apple Account per subscription group.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings, under your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service.

5. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business or regulatory penalties, arising from your use of the app or from reliance on any fee figure it displays. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

These terms may change. Continued use of the app after an updated version is posted here means you accept it.
