This section covers MobileNotaryFees.com.

• The calculators run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us, not stored by us and not included in analytics.
• There are no accounts, no sign-in and no forms that collect your name, email or phone number.
• We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and to count clicks on the links to the App Store, recording only which link on the site was used (for example, “footer” or “guide”). It does not use cookies, and we do not use it to identify you. It never receives calculator values, quote amounts, mileage, fees or anything else you enter.
• The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
• Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical request information such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the service.
• Links to the App Store and to official state websites take you to those sites, whose own privacy policies apply.

The Mobile Notary Fee Calculator iPhone app

Mobile Notary Fee Calculator does not collect, transmit, sell or share your data. Everything you enter stays on your device. This is the app’s privacy policy, also published at the address the app links to.

What the app stores

• Quotes you choose to save, presets you create, and your pricing defaults: state, travel and printing rates, add-on fees, cost estimates and an optional business name.
• This is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device database. It is included in your own device backups under your Apple Account; Mobile Notary Fee Calculator has no access to those backups.

What the app does not do

• No account or sign-in. No email address or phone number is requested.
• No analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking software. No third-party SDKs of any kind.
• No location, contacts, camera, microphone or notification permissions are requested.
• No customer or signer information is required, and none is collected.
• Nothing leaves the device except when you choose to share a quote through the iOS share sheet, which sends it only to the app or person you pick.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Mobile Notary Fee Calculator receives only an anonymous entitlement status from Apple and never sees your payment details. Manage or cancel in Settings, under your Apple Account.

Fee reference data

The state fee reference bundled with the app is informational, is not legal advice, and is updated through App Store updates. The app does not download data.

Deleting your data

Settings › Delete all data removes every quote, preset and default. Deleting the app also removes all data.

Children

Mobile Notary Fee Calculator and this website are professional tools and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

Any update to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
