How Indiana counts notary fees
Counted per notarial act
Acknowledgment, jurat, oath / affirmation, copy certification, signature witnessing, verification on oath, remote online notarization and any other notarial act: each notarial act performed is capped at $10.00 (or the amount listed for that act). The maximum for several acts is the number of acts times the per-act cap.
