Excluded (non-qualifying) source gsccca.org stated: 'The authorized fee is $2.00 for each notarial act. The notary may, upon request of the person asking for notary service, charge an additional $2.00 for providing a certificate from the Clerk of Superior Court of the effectiveness of the notary commission.' This must be confirmed by a human against O.C.G.A. § 45-17-11 on legis.ga.gov before use. Georgia notaries are commissioned by Clerks of Superior Court, and the GSCCCA hosts the state notary handbook; sos.ga.gov hosts only remote-notary rule 560-1-1-.14 (no fee amounts surfaced).
